Introducing: Our Vice-President, Tania Briese

Meet Tania Briese, our Vice-President, Librarian and self-proclaimed 'coffee-mum' of Orchestra Geelong!

Tania does a wealth of work coordinating concerts and rehearsals, as well as making sure everyone has music to play. Not to mention, she's solely responsible for a cuppa and a biscuit at break time!

"I have been involved with OG for 7 years, when we moved to Geelong, and my children began playing with the orchestra. I play piano, piano accordion and soprano saxophone well enough to amuse myself, but I love orchestral music and I have learnt a lot about it by being involved behind the scenes.

Being part of this community of people of all ages, and walks of life, who enjoy making music together is wonderful."
